Simple Clicks – Serenity

Abstract of Lake Lackawanna on the morning of 19 May 2012.

If serenity looked like anything, I think it would look like this.  Slight ripples in a lake at sunrise.  Just enough texture to be interesting, with soft colors.  Just the sounds of nature.

(Impressed yet?  I have a writing degree, after all :)

Actually, it’s hard to attach words to an experience like this.  It’s quiet and simple and difficult to describe, but very enjoyable.

Geese, on the other hand, are not normally very peaceful.  Although in this case, the family of them cruising the lake were quiet and seemed to fit right in.

At this point I’m pretty sure I’m babbling like a moron.  So I’ll stop.  Just enjoy the photos.
